From Sources not in the family We are lead to believe that on Thanksgiving 2008 Henrietta's life was taken by one of our own family members. So as of 2012 our family had thought up the idea of putting a Restaurant in Henrietta's honor. we did a company name change and started up ILM Enterprises. In which stands for. In Loving Memory, Henrietta. 



Our Mission in the restaurant is to bring Pueblo a New twist on how people eat. We have Fresh meat provided by Local Butchers, We have a local Farm that supplies us with all of our vegetables. And for all of our dairy products we have a local small cheese company that will be vending our our types of cheese.



As of 03/26/2012 we had 3 locations that we have scouted out. we are still in negotiation with these location.  All product will be made Fresh daily Never frozen meal.

from Henrietta's own recipes, that consist of  Dinner roll, cakes, cookies, fudge, pies, and all other desserts.











Henrietta was born in Montrose Colorado. She was born and raised in a German family. She met a Handsome man named Howard.

before her death howard and henrietta was together for 60 years.

but on 2007 Howard passed away from Alzheimer's. Henrietta was survived by her family when her life was taken away.
